Abstract

Porter's diamond model was used because it is an index in the field of competitiveness and increasing the index of competition in the international arena. In order to measure actions in the field of commerce and marketing trends and its compliance with Porter's diamond model, an organization named Isfahan Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture was selected from among the existing non-governmental organizations in Iran. This non-governmental organization, having different departments has members and subgroups related and influential in the field of commerce and marketing. To answer the question raised in this research, that is, to determine the position of Isfahan Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture in the Porter's Diamond Model, all key activities and works performed in this organization in the period from March 2019 to October 2022, were identified and separated according to the internal factors of Porter's Diamond Model. Finally, the credibility and effectiveness of this non-governmental organization as a link between the private sector and the government was measured in the Porter's diamond model.
